Experience
2022 - Present

Director, Customer Experience & Operations - Virtua Computers
Since 2022 I've been working at Virtua Computers, a national managed service provider with location in New York, New Jersey, Des Moines, Dallas and Columbia, Missouri.
2015 - 2023

Owner - Gravity
I opened Gravity in 2015 building on the success of Tech 2 and Sessions Consulting. Gravity was a Managed Service Provider with the added benefit of being Columbia's only Apple Authorized Service Provider. Being an AASP allowed us to provide our clients with in and out of warranty Apple hardware for their hardware.
In 2022 Virtua Consulting Group approached with an offer to purchase Gravity. Rather than merging everything together, all our business services moved under the Virtua Computers brand and continuing to operate Gravity as an Apple Authorized Service Provider sister company.
2010 - 2020

Board Member - Columbia Public Schools
I was elected to the Columbia Public School’s Board of education 2010. During that time I worked tirelessly to position our schools—and our children—for the future. Working to stabilize the district’s finances during challenging economic times, expand and improve our schools, and ensure that all students have the opportunity to excel.
2007 - 2011

Columbia Business Times - Tech Columnist
I wrote a technology column for the Columbia Business Times called Tech Sessions for a little while. Technology columns get dated pretty fast, but if you're interested in reading you can find it here.
2006 - 2015

Tech 2 - Managing Partner
Partnering with Byron Molix, Tech 2 was an expansion of Sessions Consulting. Continuing the same customer service focused model with a Mac focus, Tech 2 provided Apple support from small to large business throughout mid-Missouri.
2003 - 2006
Sessions Consulting - Owner
Started while I was a student at the University of Missouri - Columbia, Sessions Consulting provided Apple IT support for businesses in Columbia, Missouri. Didn’t even have a logo, but I did have a business card. Supporting an underserved segment of our business community (Apple Users) with expert service, Sessions Consulting grew beyond a one person operation. As I graduated from MU Sessions Consulting expanded into Tech 2
